Swiss jeweler Boghossian has recently launched its new season of the ‘Inlay’ collection, continuing the brand’s unique “double stone” inlay technique. This ingenious method allows one gemstone to be “embedded” within another, creating rich visual layers. The new pieces specially feature bright green and yellow gemstones, exuding a fresh and lively summer atmosphere.
The ‘Inlay Shine’ series embeds a colored gemstone within a hollowed-out crystal, presenting a dreamlike, three-dimensional play of light and shadow.
The new works offer two pear-cut gemstone options – “citrine” with its bright yellow color, reminiscent of radiant summer sunlight when set against crystal and diamonds; and “light green tourmaline,” whose fresh hue paired with a pure crystal base creates a three-dimensional, ethereal visual effect.
The highlight of the ‘Inlay Reveal’ series is the use of colored gemstones as a base, with another faceted gemstone embedded in the center hollow, showcasing excellent visual layering.
The new works offer two gemstone combinations – faceted citrine embedded in an orange-red quartz base, creating a warm and passionate atmosphere with yellow-orange tones; and faceted green tourmaline embedded in a malachite base, with gradient green tones exuding natural vitality.
The series offers pendant and earring options. The pendants feature pear-cut gemstones, with the central faceted gemstone surrounded by sparkling round diamonds. The prongs are set with pear-cut green tourmaline or citrine, highlighting the extension of color layers.
The earrings use oval-cut gemstones, with the round, full bi-color main stones swaying dynamically at the ears, particularly eye-catching and charming.
