Brazilian jeweler Julls has launched a new jewelry collection called “Cruzeiro Mine,” featuring 15 unique pieces created by five local Brazilian designers. The collection showcases the imaginative potential of tourmaline, with each piece featuring main stones sourced from Brazil’s Cruzeiro mine.
The Cruzeiro mine, located in Minas Gerais state, Brazil, is one of the world’s largest and most productive tourmaline mines. It yields an average of 8 tons of raw tourmaline annually, with approximately 40% being black tourmaline, 30% green, 20% pink, 5% blue or electric blue, and 5% red tourmaline.
